In the Colorectal Surgery Course held for the 9th time this year in Santander, Spain, we talked about pilonidal sinus, fistula and hemorrhoid surgeries and showed surgery videos. On the island of Magdalena, they turned King Alfonso's summer palace into a meeting center and we experienced a tremendous ambience. The level of participation and interest was high, especially at the assistant and young specialist level. We were honored to share the podium with the leading authorities of Europe.
