We are in Samara to speak at the 2019 Congress of National Coloproctology of the Russian Federation. The city is on the edge of the big water that our Idil call the Volga, the white river. These are the places where the first Muslim Turkish State in history, the Ittil Bulgarian Khanate, the grandfathers of today's Tatarstan state, were founded. As is often the case, the existence of this state was put an end to by another Turk, Batu Khan. I can't help but wonder how the Turkish nation would be doing today if we didn't eat each other! The river resembles the Bosphorus. They have places up to 2 km wide.
The edges are the beach, the ships are functioning on it. I gave 2 speeches on Diverticular Disease and Ulcerative Colitis surgery. I would like to thank Prof Achkasov and Alex Moskalev for their invitation. In the photos below there are images from the riverside. In the meantime, I learned how my name was written in the Cyrillic alphabet. The most interesting place here is the underground bunker built by Stalin to protect against possible attacks in the 2nd war. Stalin's Bunker. Although he never used it, but if there had been an air or nuclear attack, he would have taken refuge here to direct the war. I leave with the hope that one day I will come here only for history and culture.
